About us

With qTUS we assist the cattle sector in making the transition from group treatments to individual therapy tailored to the pathogen and the individual animal in the presence of respiratory infections. To make this transition in a safe way, without compromising production or animal welfare, there is a need for reliable diagnostics and decision support tools.

Our Story

Early age pneumonia in dairy calves has many short and long term economic consequences. It is still one of the main economic problems in the cattle industry to this day.

By combining rapid scan lung ultrasound, an almost gold standard for the diagnosis of pneumonia or pneumonia, with a range of accessible tools, the farmer and veterinarian can substantiate every link from the decision process to antibiotic use.
